I’m Rohit Kumar, and together with my brother Suraj, We founded The German Waffle Co. Our journey began in 2022 while traveling across India, exploring the vibrant and diverse cities from the bustling markets of Mumbai to the historic streets of Delhi. Everywhere we went, we noticed a common trend: young people eagerly enjoying waffles and craving new and exciting flavors. Inspired by this enthusiasm, we realized that we could introduce the authentic taste of German-style waffles to India. Thus, The German Waffle Company was born—a café where young people can hang out and indulge in delectable waffles.
Our mission is to create a place where everyone can enjoy the unique blend of traditional German flavors with a modern twist. In this venture, I responsible for technology and brand expansion, ensuring that our brand reaches every corner of the country. Meanwhile, My brother expertly manages inventory and raw material production, ensuring that every waffle served meets our high standards of quality and taste.
